Christ Shows Up, We Are Called to Do The Same

The Second Sunday in Easter has us reflect on the story of two appearances of the Risen Christ to the disciples (John 20:19-31).

Pastor Brad Fuerst from LuMin Austin (campus ministry) preaches a powerful word of God coming through the doors we close and lock, and the “unless’s” we let keep us from participating in sharing the good news of God in Christ.

Jesus shows up through locked doors, grief, doubts, and anything and everything to bring peace, fill us with the Holy Spirit, and send us out to show up for others.

Christ empowers us to be a tangible proclamation of the resurrection.
