Book Study

Lisa Baker and Becky Rische will be facilitating four weekly conversations on some of the ancient (and more modern) prophets and their ability to help our inner and outer journey from divisiveness to universal love.  The Zoom book study discusses the contemplative wisdom of Franciscan friar and ecumenical teacher Richard Rohr in his new book The Tears of Things.  The Zoom sessions are offered four midday Wednesdays, Oct. 9-28 from 12:30 to 2 pm.  Anyone is invited to participate and more information can be found online here.  About half of those participating in this particular group are local ELCA Lutherans, as well as an ecumenical following.  Contact Lisa or Becky if you have any questions.
