Letting Go in Order to Grow | Sermon | Luke 13 | Lent 3 | 3.20.22

Is this tree wasting soil or has it not been cultivated properly? What do we need to uproot and what do we need to tend? We need enough soil and the soil needs enough nutrients in order for things to grow and produce fruit. We have to make space and prune and let things lie fallow so that we do not suffocate the new thing God is growing in our midst. What does the church need to let go? What does the church need to cultivate? How will you be the fertilizer for new growth?
